To the point - looks like after a day's work - Nicole, who has now completed the course, gave the advice to 'state the obvious' but finding the time to do so is challenging and a part of the process of learning in a continued professional development mode. Many of us are involved with our own learners and colleagues who depend on us, so trying to improve our own practice should help them as well.
Thanks for your comment Paula. It was after a hard days work and I was getting a bit frustrated as it took a while to work out how to use the video! I hope I didn't come across in a negative way - I am enthusiastic about the course, just struggling with my demanding work!!!
